Some folks hung messages in honour of their loved ones from the trees. Some of the messages included, "Miss you Babai," "Miss you friend," or "Miss you all brothers and sisters." As a memorial to those who perished from the epidemic, a group of Covid fighters created the park in collaboration with the greater hyderabad municipal corporation (GHMC) and the Forest Department. The ghmc will look after the park for the first year, and thereafter volunteers will take over maintenance of the walkway and benches.
On Sunday, the launch of the plantation drive for the state government's Haritha Haram greenery programme took place in the presence of mla D. Nagender, rajya sabha member Santosh Kumar, the founder of Green india Challenge, and british Deputy High Commissioner Andrew Fleming. In honour of individuals who died from Covid, trees were planted. I believe that this is a wonderful approach to honour them while also benefiting the state of telangana, added Fleming.
