Amritpal is being searched and only police personnel are visible on the streets of Punjab. police and Rapid Action Force have also taken out a flag march. Meanwhile, the police have recovered the vehicles with the help of which Amritpal Singh managed to escape. police officials have told that some weapons and swords have also been recovered. On the other hand, four close friends of Amritpal Singh have been taken to Dibrugarh Jail in assam after being arrested in Punjab.
Jalandhar commissioner KS chahal has told, 'We chased Amritpal for 20 to 25 kms but he managed to escape. We have recovered some weapons and also seized two vehicles. The search is on and soon we will arrest Amritpal. Law and order will stay intact. At the same time, punjab police and RAF personnel have taken out a joint flag march in Model Town of Jalandhar.
