Tension between canada and india has increased...?

On june 18, a pro-Khalistan supporter named Hardeep Singh Nijjar was fatally shot in front of a Sikh cultural centre in Surrey, british Columbia, Canada. In the wake of an investigation into the murder of pro-Khalistan terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar on Canadian soil, canada expelled a senior indian diplomat on Monday. 'Credible allegations of a potential link' between indian government agents and the killing of the Khalistani terrorist, according to Justin Trudeau, the prime minister of Canada.

On june 18, outside a Sikh cultural centre in Surrey, british Columbia, Hardeep Singh Nijjar was shot and killed. "Any involvement of a foreign government in the killing of a Canadian citizen on Canadian soil is an unacceptable violation of our sovereignty," Trudeau declared in front of the Canadian parliament. The Canadian prime minister declared that his country's allies and his government have been collaborating closely on the matter. As tensions between canada and india increase over the rise in pro-Khalistan activities in canada, the expulsion occurs.
