Anantnag: father of Syed adil hussain Shah, the ponywalla who sacrificed his existence even as he protected the tourists all through the Pahlalgam terror assault, stated on wednesday that the army moves on terror camps in pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied kashmir have avenged his son's killing.


Shah's circle of relatives expressed gratitude to prime minister Narendra Modi and the armed forces for the retaliatory action.


"I am very happy today that the forces and (PM Narendra) Modi have avenged the killing of 26 persons. It makes me satisfied that the ones (victims) will rest in peace these days," Shah's father, Syed Haider Shah, informed PTI motion pictures here.


Shah's brother, Syed Nawshad, stated the high minister has delivered his circle of relatives and the households of the other 25 victims justice.

"Now, my brother and 25 other innocents will rest in peace. When I got here to understand this morning that Modi has avenged the killings, it made me satisfied. We've got justice now, and we are very glad," Nawshad said.


In retaliation for the april 22 pahalgam terror attack that left Shah and 25 vacationers lifeless, indian armed forces accomplished missile moves early wednesday on nine terror objectives in pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied kashmir, such as the Jaish-e-Mohammad stronghold of Bahawalpur and Lashkar-e-Taiba's base Muridke.


The military strikes have been completed under 'Operation Sindoor' two weeks after the bloodbath in south Kashmir's pahalgam city.
