The film 'Leo', directed by lokesh kanagaraj and starring actor Vijay, has been accused of taking Rs.35 lakh by claiming to get a thousand people to dance to a song in this film and appealing against it. A protest is also being held on behalf of the choreographers demanding that he step down as the president of the choreographers' association. Dinesh made his debut as a choreographer in the 2001 film ‘Manathai Thirudi Vitai’. He has worked as a choreographer in more than 100 films in the last 25 years. He worked in the dance troupe of Prabhu Deva’s father, choreographer Raju Sundaram, and was introduced by Prabhu Deva’s brother nagendra Prasad. He was also a top dancer in Prabhu Deva’s dance troupe. He also won the National Award for Best Choreographer for the 2011 film ‘Aadukalam’.
He was also awarded the Filmfare Award for Best Choreographer for films including 'Ayan' and 'Master'. He is interested in acting as well as dancing and has also acted in films like 'Local Goods', 'Ninnu Vaidyadu', and 'Oru Kappu Katha'. Currently, various allegations have been made against him, who is the president of the Choreographers' Association. Dinesh allegedly received Rs. 35 lakhs for making a thousand people dance for the song "Naan Ready Thaan Varava..." from the film 'Leo'. However, it is said that Dinesh cheated by not paying the salaries of the dancers in that song. It is also said that Dinesh has been delaying without taking any action against the choreographer, Mari, who has been accused of sexual harassment. Dinesh and his supporters have also attacked choreographer Gauri Shankar, who said that he should resign. In this situation, the general committee has met under the leadership of Kalyan master, the vice president of the Choreographers Association.

It is said that Dinesh and his supporters who came there now attacked kalyan Master's supporters. Due to this, kalyan Master's supporters staged a protest at the Choreographers' Association office. The Thyagaraya nagar police, who received the information, pacified both parties and held talks. However, kalyan Master's supporters have said that the protest will continue until Dinesh master resigns.
