In line with the visionary guidance of the Honourable chief minister of tamil Nadu, the Minister for Medical and Family Welfare, Thiru Ma. Subramanian, today distributed laptops to 2,040 college students under the flagship scheme titled “Ulagam Ungal Kaiyil” (The World in Your Hands).
