Fraudulent schemes in the name of the postal department
If you have seen a link on social media or received it via email and SMS, please do not believe it. Over the last few days, various websites of the postal department's grant schemes have been making a splash on social media. Various URLs and websites are being circulated on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, email, and soon. Not only this, with the help of emails and text messages this information is being disseminated. It shows the lure of financial gain based on a survey; however, the indian postal Department has clarified that no such scheme is being implemented on the website.

A survey is provided in the broadcast links. The temptation to get grants, bonuses, rewards, etc. is shown after filling the questionnaire in this survey. Citizens should not fall prey to such fraudulent schemes. The postal department has also appealed that personal information like bank account number, date of birth, pan card, adhar card, etc., and OTP should not be given to anyone even to bank staff. The postal department is currently working to take appropriate action against these links which are misleading the citizens. However, citizens should be careful about this ad, he said.
