high court passes on its directives to center against Isha
yoga center
In 2016, the TN Commission had issued a summon under the protection of child rights to the Isha
yoga Centre. Now, the
high court had refused to participate in the inquiry against Isha
yoga Centre. This summon is produced to find out whether any child rights in the schools are violated by the Isha
yoga Centre. It is situated in Velliangiri in Coimbatore. They also run following all the rules set by the Gurukul Education. M.Subramanian, Justice from the
high court has directed to dispose the petition from the center and also asked them to participate in the inquiry. He also ordered to complete the inquiry within eight weeks.

The Judge wrote that the
educational institutions must function under a good scheme of
education pattern and if any violation of child rights is found, actions need to be taken and will not provide the
petitioner to institute the current petition.

At the start of the inquiry itself, the
petitioner has started approaching which is not appreciated and it was needless to say that the department had conducted the inquiry in a fairway. The
petitioner said that the kids are brought up with high dedication and discipline and asked the
court to close the summons.
