This is the case of 1996 and he said that he has been fighting since then. According to sunil Darshan, it was around 1996 when Sunny wanted to open an international film distribution company. I helped with this. Despite the passage of time, Sunny did not return the money. sunil alleges that Sunny has made a lot of property for himself, but forgot to pay me. Narrating the incident, sunil said that in 1996, when the shooting of 'Ajay' was nearing completion, he made a request to me on Sunny Deol's birthday. At that time he wanted to open an international film distribution company. He said that he had asked me for the foreign distribution rights of the film 'Ajay'.
Explaining this further, sunil promised to pay the full amount after getting the money from me. The film is complete. After a few days Sunny said he would go to london to settle the money. As soon as the money was settled, he bought the print of the film from me. He asked for some papers for registration. Trusting them, I signed and gave those papers. His man came to take delivery of the print. But the money was not brought. I was horrified. Sonny said on the phone that he was unable to settle the money as the banks were closed in london during the christmas holidays. I trusted him and gave him the print. He alleged that after this Sunny started showing his real face. 'I have been asking Sunny for money for many months. Sometimes he called me to hyderabad and sometimes to Jaipur. He was shooting for one of his films in Film City, Mumbai. I used to go to his sets every day. But they were escaping there too. When he went to Jaipur, he avoided paying the money citing his personal problems. Then one day he spoke to me. Sunny said that he is currently shooting for the film and wants my help in its production. He said that as soon as this film is finished, he will do a film with me and the money will be adjusted. I had done two films with him and believed in this too. Six months passed and the man never returned. sunil has alleged that the film was not made and the money was not paid.
Sunil Darshan said that Sunny kept running behind him for about four years. During this time, some of Sunny's films were flops and some were hits. I approached the court for my rights. He said that I don't have money to return Sunny in the court. So they talked about doing a movie with me. Overall, from day one they have made a serious allegation that their intention is not to return my money. I am still going around the court for money almost 27 years later. I have tried a lot to settle this matter between us, but this guy won't even accept the court's decision. They said that there is no intention to give money. Our established amount is one crore 77 lakh 25 thousand rupees. But Sunny himself has now made a lot of property, but has forgotten to return people's money. But, I have faith in the law and I am sure that I will get my money.
