The demand for Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film Leo: Bloody Sweet is increasing so exponentially that the US distributor is having to add more and more screens on a daily basis. It has now crossed 1000 screens with 9 more days for the release. Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan had one of the widest release in US with about 1600 screens
 In these 1000 screens, the film has managed to sell over 30000 tickets and has amassed a total sale of $690,320 (Rs 5.75 crore) for its opening day, and the way the buzz is growing for the film, it is all set to cross the one million mark. In the USA, the film is being shown in multiple formats from 2D to XD to IMAX and a very recent format RPX where movies are shown with uncompressed surround sound and bright eye-popping images in 2D and RealD 3D. The film is being screened mostly in tamil and telugu with just 3 shows in hindi where total 22 tickets have been sold till now.

makers of the film recently released a 2-minute 43-second trailer that offered a glimpse into the film's narrative, showcasing lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial prowess in crafting intense action sequences and Vijay doing what he does best - action! Vijay will be seen playing a double role in the film, while lokesh has still kept the details of his second character a secret.
