Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's recently released film 'Sitare Zameen Par' was a huge hit in theatres. Now aamir khan has decided to release 'Sitare Zameen Par' on YouTube immediately after its release in theatres, so that the film can reach every corner of the world cheaply and easily.
Aamir Khan's Sitare Zameen Par is being considered as the spiritual successor of the 2007 classic Tare Zameen Jayate. The film has deeply touched the hearts of the people and has so far earned more than ₹ 250 crore worldwide. Now the audience can rent it on YouTube for a small fee, making every home and mobile screen a public theatre.

Aamir Khan today announced that his superhit theatrical film will hit YouTube in less than a month and a half from its release in theatres.
'Sitare Zameen Par' will be released worldwide on YouTube from 1 August 2025.
To watch 'Sitar Zameen Par' on YouTube, you will have to pay Rs 100 in India.
It will be available with local pricing in 38 countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and Spain.
Sitare Zameen Par will also feature subtitles and dubbing in major languages to reach out to new audiences in india and across the world.
Aamir Khan said these things.
Speaking at the launch, actor-producer aamir khan said- 'For the last 15 years, I was trying to reach out to those people who cannot go to the theater, or who are unable to go to the theater for some reason. Now, finally, the time has come when everything is falling together. Our government started UPI, and now india is number 1 in the world in electronic payments. Internet access has also grown very fast in india and is increasing every day. Also, YouTube is there on almost every device.'
Aamir Khan further said- 'Now we can reach films to a large part of india and many people in the world. I dream that cinema reaches everyone, and that too at a reasonable and affordable price. I want people to be able to watch cinema whenever and wherever they want. If this method is successful, creative people will be able to tell different stories without worrying about borders or other barriers. This will also be a great opportunity for new artists and people coming into the film industry. If this idea works, it will prove beneficial for everyone.'
