Dr. Kotii Reddy Saripalli is a prominent Indian Businessman and is the founder of Kotii Group of Ventures, Hyderabad. He comes from a middle-class family and he was selected by Microsoft as Project Head even though he never completed a college degree. He cleared 12 rounds of interview to get the job in Microsoft.
He completed his doctorate from the University of Washington after he joined Microsoft company. The hardships he has undergone have chiseled him into an honorable personification of victory, whose sprout shot out from a village, Janardhanapuram. This village was the birth place of Sri. Saripalli Koti Reddy.
After working for a span of 10 years at Microsoft, he created his empire Kotii Group of Ventures in sectors including Health Tech, Core Tech R&D, Edutech, Fintech, Philanthropy, Mediatech, Life Sciences, Agritech, Construction and Mass Tech by owning companies including Bharath Innovations, Digital Education, DZ Pay, Kotii Foundation, India Herald, Bodha, Seva Foundation, Crowd blood, Citrus Clinic and Snaggerr.

Dr.Kotii Reddy also adopted two Government schools in Andhra Pradesh and both the schools achieved a 100% pass rate in the SSC results. He is a philanthropist and his good deeds cannot be measured. Kotii group owns 70% of each company, of which 33% is pledged for underprivileged kids, widows, and seniors.
Speaking to TheHansIndia, Dr.Kotii Reddy said, "Today we can produce many jobs using technology and we can simplify all issues. We need to create proper awareness among people to understand the benefits of using technology. I did not take computer by chance I took it as a choice."
