
delhi bharatiya janata party organizational elections in-charge and former mla Dr. Mahendra Nagpal on saturday announced the appointment of 204 newly elected Mandal Presidents under the organization festival. This announcement is being considered a big step towards making the organizational structure of bjp more strong and active. Actually, bjp has a total of 256 Mandals in Delhi. So far 204 Mandal Presidents have been appointed, the process of appointment is going on for the remaining 52 Mandals. The party has clarified that a decision will also be taken on these soon after internal discussion. The party has given priority to the youth in the appointment process.
The age of most of the newly appointed Mandal Presidents of different Mandals of delhi is between 35 to 45 years. It is clear from this that bjp wants to give an opportunity to the young leadership to come forward in politics. This decision is an effort to prepare the new generation of the party in the coming time and connect them with responsibilities.
33 women got a chance to become Mandal President
The party has also given priority to the participation of women. bjp has included 33 women in the list of 204 Mandal Presidents. This number shows that the party is now committed to giving representation to women at every level of the organization. This will also give women workers an opportunity to come into the mainstream of leadership.

delhi bjp President Virendra Sachdeva said on the appointment of Mandal Presidents, "BJP works on the principle of collective leadership, which gives every worker an opportunity to become a part of the organizational structure." He further said, "The main objective of reorganizing the organization of delhi bjp is to make the party stronger for the upcoming assembly and lok sabha elections. This will help in organizing the party at the grassroots level and will ensure active participation of workers."
