Road widening works and rainwater drainage works are being carried out in the area. Due to this, the surrounding wall of Ajith's house has been demolished by the authorities. Actor ajith renovated his Engambakkam house only in 2017. Then ajith converted it into a house with modern facilities and remote control. And he changed this house to have all the facilities and settled in it with his family. In this way, the surrounding wall of the house built by ajith has suddenly been demolished, causing a stir in the area. The big surrounding wall built by actor ajith at a cost of several lakhs has been demolished and removed from Ajith's house. Due to this, arrangements have been made for the people in Ajith's house to go in another way. Due to the widening of this road, the residents of the area cannot reach the east Coast Road directly.
