"Section 144 has been implemented, borders are being shuttered, and internet services are being suspended. Is it legal for the government to block access to the internet? It is impossible for productive conversation to occur under these conditions. He declared, "This is something that the administration has to look into right away.

Subsequent to its previous installation in Ambala and Sonipat, Panchkula DCP Sumer Singh Pratap has issued an order to impose Section 144 in the city.

It is now illegal to plan processions and rallies that use either foot or tractor transportation.
