"Yakshini" is a new socio-fantasy horror web series starring lakshmi Manchu, Vedhika, and rahul vijay that will release on OTT platforms shortly. At the trailer presentation ceremony in Hyderabad, lakshmi manchu addressed the social media harassment she and her family face for whatever they say or do.
 
Lakshmi said, "We can't do without social media these days. I began my career on television and have since faced a great deal of trolling. Previously, it caused me much pain. I expected to be treated and applauded since I belonged to a cinematic family. But I never expected people would be that cruel with me. My family and I are not political; we speak our thoughts and tell it like it is. Some individuals enjoy it, while others do not. Finally, what counts is that they're talking about me."

Yakshini, produced by the same team that brought you Baahubali, promises to enthral viewers in several languages, including Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Bangla, and Marathi. The makers, in collaboration with Disney Plus Hotstar, have scheduled june 14 as the release date. teja Marni directed the web series.
