The telugu film industry was rocked by telangana Minister Konda Surekha's remarks that connected ktr to the divorce of Akkineni Nagarjuna's ex-daughter-in-law Samantha. In a robust legal action, nagarjuna demanded ₹100 crore from Konda surekha for slander. Numerous celebrities denounced the disparaging remarks on their personal relationships and publicly backed Nagarjuna. Widespread criticism was directed at Konda Surekha's claims on the private lives of nagarjuna and samantha as well as her effort to connect samantha to KTR.

Consequently, nagarjuna brought a criminal lawsuit against Konda surekha for her deplorable remarks on their family. There's an update now. Konda surekha has been summoned by the nampally court in hyderabad to appear in person on december 12.

The court further stated that Nagarjuna's plea to have Konda surekha charged with a crime has been granted. This is a significant development in a case that had been out of the press for a while but is suddenly making headlines again. It will be interesting to watch how justice is served and how the court handles the issue. We need to wait and see how things pan out from this stage and we can get a clear picture after the next hearing.
