Flat prices in noida 10 years ago
According to reports, a property or apartment that cost Rs 50 lakh ten years ago today costs twice as much. This implies that an apartment that cost Rs 50 lakh in 2015 will now cost Rs 1 crore. Furthermore, over the past five years, both noida and Greater Noida—once recognized for their reasonably priced and mid-range real estate—have become magnets for luxury real estate. Flats used to be reasonably priced, with prices ranging from Rs 40 to Rs 80 lakh, but these days, new developments frequently cost more than Rs 1 crore.
Rs 24,944 crore flats sold last year
AajTak stated that 14,822 apartments in noida sold for Rs 24,944 crore last year, according to a survey by real estate consultant JLL. In 2023, the cost of apartments in noida rose from Rs 1.24 crore in 2022 to Rs 1.68 crore.
According to reports, 23% of these flats with prices of at least Rs 3.5 crore were sold in 2023. In certain areas of noida, a three-bedroom flat used to cost about Rs 5,800 per square foot in 2019. Today, it costs more than Rs 10,000. With ready-to-move-in flats, Ivy County by Country Group is now priced at Rs 15,000 per square foot, up from its initial 2019 pricing of Rs 6,000 per square foot.
