Recently, 11 directors including Mani Ratnam, Shankar, Vetrimaran, Lingusamy, Mishkin, Sasi, Vasantha Balan, gautham Menon, balaji Sakthivel, AR Murugadoss, and lokesh kanagaraj started a film production company and it has been reported that they have decided to make a new film, which will be directed by lokesh kanagaraj and will be in talks with surya to play the lead role for a Super hero line. 


It is also said that lokesh is ready for a superhero storyline and this film is lokesh Kanagaraj's dream movie, and he already registered 'Irumbu Kai Maayaavi' as the title of the movie. surya is currently starring in films like Jaybeem produced by Gnanavel and Etharkum Tuninthavan directed by Pandiraj. 


Of these, Jaybeam has completed filming and background work is in full swing and the shooting of the movie 'Etharkum Thunindhavan' has reached its final stage, and surya, who is all set to star in Vetrimaran's Vadivasal after these films, is said to be teaming up with director lokesh kanagaraj following the wrap up of 'Vaadi Vaasal' and trisha has been approached to do the female lead opposite surya after along hiatus and they were seen together nearly a decade back.
