Pushpa team is looking for another date for release other than the christmas weekend as planned for release to have a headstart at the box office opening.
Pushpa is one of the much-awaited movies in the tollywood industry. The movie that’s been shot as a dualogy is expected to release its first part for the upcoming christmas weekend, december 24th.
The latest buzz about the movie is that the makers are looking for another release date and december 17 is expected to be locked for the release. The reason that’s revealed is that the team is desperate to get a headstart at the box office.
The movie is shot at a pan indian cost starring Fahadh Faasil and allu arjun in the leading roles. Hence, they want to make sure the makers gets back what is invested. By releasing on december 17, the team would get 4 weeks of free run before sankranti movies join the race which is shortened by 3 weeks if the movie is released for Christmas.
The team is expected to reach a decision soon. rashmika mandanna plays the female lead with sukumar directing the movie. devi sri prasad has composed songs and BGM for the movie.
