Akshay Kumar recently grabbed social media by storm after making an official statement about the upcoming releases of his forthcoming films.  Akshay Kumar quickly informed fans of the launch date of his much-anticipated film ‘Sooryavanshi,' in which he co-stars katrina Kaif. But Akki hasn't said anything about the film 'Atrangi Re,' which also features sara ali khan as well as Dhanush. They've already finished filming.


In a recent interview with an entertainment website, Akshay revealed details about the film as well as its launch date. He stated that the team is presently exploring a wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital distribution of ‘Atrangi Re.' He went on to say that they are presently debating whether the movie should be released theatrically or on-demand. When asked about the film, Akshay described it as having an "amazing" and "never-heard-before" plot.

Finally, Akshay stated that he supports a cinema release just as much as he supports an OTT distribution. The Khiladi is also working on a movie with the good newwz director, raj Mehta, as well as is planning another drama for summer 2022. A comedy film under priyadarshan is also in the works, although the filming schedule has yet to be determined.
