As attempts are made to include these services under the telangana State Construction Permissions and Self-Certification System (TS-bPASS), applicants submitting construction plan applications may now anticipate getting fire No Objection Certificates and mortgage release deeds online.
Currently, in order to receive the NOC, applicants must submit applications to the fire services department, notably for high-rise constructions. The department offers a clearance certificate to the applicants after carefully reviewing the application and confirming that firefighting systems were installed in accordance with regulations.

Plans are being made to include the fire NOC application in the TS-bPASS portal because the exercise was taking longer to process the applications and sanction approval. The goal was to simplify the procedure for candidates and speed up the application processing time. Accordingly, measures were being made to make it easier for applicants to submit the building plan application and the fire service drawings and plans in the system, according to TS-bPASS CEO Vinay Kumar.

The fire services department will access and review the application when it is submitted. According to him, the application will be processed by department authorities in accordance with compliance with the rules after verification. Additionally, plans were being developed to make it even easier to file mortgages and release deeds via TS-bPASS. At this time, applicants submit requests for the Registration department's approval of their building plans.

To submit a mortgage and get release deeds for their buildings, applicants are currently required to make repeated trips to the Sub Registrar Office. The mortgage release using TS-bPASS was proposed as a way to circumvent this laborious process. However, there are a few adjustments that must be made to the SRO office's activities. After the State government gives them the go-ahead to improve the TS-bPASS appropriately, all of these recommendations will come to fruition, according to Vinay Kumar.

The two amenities are only two of the many services that were being added to TS-bPASS for the benefit of the general population. Prior until this, there was no opportunity for editing or updating applicants' personal information. The service was previously available for single window registration, but it is now also available for immediate registration (applications submitted for approval up to 75 square yards).

Additionally, show reason notes were being sent to candidates who had their applications refused, urging them to answer within a week. Applications are typically denied for a variety of reasons, including deficiencies and missing information, among others. The candidates were given the chance to upload the necessary files or information that the system demanded. Since the service's launch, applicants do not need to submit new applications to be approved.
