Why did the Ajit camp get the desired department despite the opposition?

The political tussle that has been going on for 12 days over the division of departments in the maharashtra government has come to an end. In the new list of cabinet expansion released from raj Bhavan, ajit pawar faction has got the desired department. Ajit faction has got huge portfolios like Finance, Planning, Agriculture, Cooperative, Food Supply and women Development Department.
Due to Ajit group, bjp has lost 6 departments and Shinde group has lost 3 departments. After the bjp in the cabinet division, the Ajit faction has an upper hand in comparison to the Shinde faction. Abdul Sattar of the Shinde group lost the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Ministry from Sanjay Rathod.
Despite opposition from the Shinde faction, ajit pawar got the finance ministry. This ministry was earlier held by Devendra Fadnavis, who became deputy chief minister from bjp quota. This is also being considered as a blow to the Shinde faction, which is angry with Ajit faction joining NCP.
First know, Ajit faction got the department of Sattar and Sanjay?
5 ministers of Eknath Shinde faction were on the radar of Delhi. These include the names of Abdul Sattar, Tanaji Sawant, Sanjay Rathod, Gulab Patil and Sandipan Bhumre. There was talk of removing these ministers, but Shinde refused to remove them citing the equation. Now the departments of 2 out of 5 ministers Abdul Sattar and Sanjay Rathod have been changed. Sattar has been given the Minority Welfare Department instead of Agriculture. On the other hand, Rathod has got water conservation department instead of food and medicine.
Sattar was constantly surrounded by controversies, due to which the image of the government was getting tarnished. Recently in Akola, a team was raided by the private secretary of Sattar at the place of seed traders. After the raid, the team also demanded a bribe. When the controversy escalated, Sattar distanced himself from it. At the same time, due to the rains, the displeasure of the farmers in Vidarbha and Nashik is also at its peak. Taking cognizance of all the cases, the bjp high command in delhi had recommended action against Sattar.
