Singapore: The Singaporean government sentenced a 20-year-old man to 16 years in prison and ordered him to be caned 20 times. He pleaded guilty to two counts of rape and sexually assaulting a minor girl, and was sentenced today on october 6, 2023. court documents say the man, Muhammad Usair Abdul Rahman, was 18 when he committed the crimes and was a national serviceman.
