The troubles of Jyoti Mirdha, one of the prominent Jat leaders in rajasthan politics, seem to be increasing. A
case of fraud has been registered against three people including bjp candidate from Nagaur assembly Jyoti
Mirdha at east police station Udaymandir of jodhpur police Commissionerate. A case has been registered
against Jyoti Mirdha and others accusing them of forging the sale records of the plot. However, in this case of
plot dispute, Jyoti Mirdha had earlier registered a case at Chowpatty police station. The police have registered an
FIR in this matter. Premdan Ratanu, Station Officer, uday Mandir police station, jodhpur Police
Commissionerate east, said that an FIR has been lodged through Istgasa, in which a case has been registered
against three people including Jyoti Mirdha on charges of fraud. It is being verified. Istgasa has been filed by the
court by Anil son of Bhuraram Chaudhary on behalf of Vijay Poonia, resident of Jaipur. Through Istgasa, this
case has been registered against former mp Jyoti Mirdha and her sister Hemshweta Mirdha, wife Deependra
Hooda and prem Prakash son Hariram Mirdha.
Allegation of forgery in sale deed
It has been alleged in this FIR that the Khatedari land of bhanu Prakash Mirdha in Suthla, jodhpur was sold to
Adarsh Progressive Housing Cooperative Society. This land was sold as plots, one of which was purchased by
Vijay Poonia from the committee. For this, JDA had also issued the lease of that plot. The complainant has
alleged that Veena Devi, Jyoti Mirdha, sister Hemshweta Mirdha and prem Prakash have fraudulently shown
endorsement of only half the land in the sale deed.
Jyoti Mirdha's appeal has been disposed of by the supreme Court
In this case, the limit was reached when the mobile number was mentioned on this sale deed of May 1988 to
October 1989, even though mobile phones were not in use at that time. Jyoti Mirdha and others had lodged an
FIR regarding this matter at Chaupasni Housing Board police station in the year 2021. In which a case of fraud
was registered against usha Punia, Himani Shivani, Anil, Kamala, Mahesh, Kamlesh, Rukhsana. The hearing of
this case took place in the high court on 5 october 2021, after the hearing the court dismissed the case. The
