Charlie Cox teases what's next for Daredevil in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after his cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Men, as well as their respective adversaries, were introduced to the MCU in No Way Home. Cox's Matt Murdock supported Peter in his legal difficulties before Ned Leeds opened those portals and the iconic pair talked to tom Holland's Peter Parker about enormous power and responsibility.

Long before the MCU debuted on Disney+, Marvel's street-level heroes defended the tiny screen on Netflix. Daredevil was the most popular series in the Defenders world, ahead of Jessica Jones, The Punisher, Luke Cage, and iron Fist. Daredevil's cancellation by Netflix in 2018 triggered #SaveDaredevil campaigns, however they appeared to be in vain. Despite suspicions that the Devil of Hell's Kitchen would make a comeback in No Way home, Cox (like Garfield) remained tight-lipped in the lead-up to the film's release.

Matt Murdock's appearance in No Way home and what's next for his character were covered in a recent interview with HeyUGuys. In response to Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige's public declaration that Cox is the MCU's Daredevil, the actor discussed (potential) cameos in future projects.
