Complaints have been lodged against PUBG madan with the chennai police Commissioner's office, Puliyanthope police Station, Cyber Crime Division, Chief Minister's Private Division, and chennai Central Crime Branch for playing online banned games, and uploading vulgar content through the YouTube channel, and using the pornographic words against teenagers. 


Based on these complaints, the chennai Central Crime Branch Cyber Crime police registered a case against YouTuber madan under various sections including pornography, slander, misuse of information technology and use of a banned mobile app. On July 6, chennai Metropolitan police Commissioner shankar Jival ordered action against PUBG madan under the Prevention of Thugs Act. 


In this case, PUBG madan appeared before the retired judges at the Advisory Board at the chennai District Collector's office a few weeks ago. At the time, PUBG madan argued that he had done nothing wrong to be punished under the Gundas Act and he should be freed. But after hearing all the complaints and police FIR reports, the advisory committee confirmed that the Gundas act imposed on PUBG madan will be confirmed and there won't be any appeal further and this new has shocked PUBG Madan's wife Krithika.
