Captain's body will be taken to Theevu Thidal for public tribute!

 The tamil Nadu government has held talks with Vijayakanth's family regarding the place where Vijayakanth's body will be kept for public tribute. It has been announced that the body of the late DMDK chief Vijayakanth will be placed on the Theevu Thidal for public tributes. DMDK chief Vijayakanth has been undergoing treatment locally and abroad for various health problems for the past few years. Meanwhile, on november 18, Vijayakanth was admitted to MIOt Hospital in Porur, chennai due to mild fever, cold, and cough. He was discharged on december 11 after almost 23 days of treatment. In this case, the day before yesterday Vijayakanth was admitted to the hospital due to ill health. He was already being treated for a lung infection, but he was again diagnosed with lung problems. It was officially announced that Vijayakanth died this morning at 6.10 am after it was confirmed that he had a coronavirus infection.
Since this morning, film industry celebrities, party workers, and the public have been paying tribute to Vijayakanth's body, which was brought to the DMDK office. Due to the unruly crowd of people in the Koyambedu area, traffic has been changed. Vijayakanth's body is going to be cremated tomorrow evening, so a crowd of people is gathering. Meanwhile, it was said that a request was made by the DMDK to place Vijayakanth's body in the Rajaji Arangam. The tamil Nadu government has held talks with Vijayakanth's family regarding the place where Vijayakanth's body will be kept for public tribute. Vijayakanth's body will be taken to the Theevu Thidal at 6 am tomorrow for public tributes. It has also been informed that the public will be allowed to pay their respects from 6 am to 1 pm.It has also been announced that Vijayakanth's body will be taken in a procession to the DMDK office Koyambedu via Poontamalli Road, which will leave the Theevu Thidal at 1 pm. It has also been announced on the DMDK side that Vijayakanth's body will be cremated at 4.45 pm.
