Metal piece in Shawarma..? swiggy offered 50rs refund..!?

A Bengaluru man who was shocked to find a piece of metal in his shawarma ordered through swiggy, was even more shocked when he appealed to the swiggy site and was given a refund of just Rs 50. In a post made on Reddit under the name Sterling Crises, he ordered chicken shawarma from Absolute Shawarma restaurant in Nagawara, Bengaluru. As he began to eat the ordered food, he bit into something hard and shocked. Inside the shawarma was a piece of metal from the flame grill used to cook the shawarma. A man named Sterling Crises from Bangalore decided to contact swiggy customer care. Contacted swiggy customer service and demanded a full refund and a new shawarma delivered to his doorstep instead of re-ordering through Swiggy. Finally, swiggy also asked about the details of the action against Absolute Shawarma restaurant. Instead of apologizing for the food hygiene violation, which did not accede to his demands, the swiggy customer service person said he would refund Rs 50 of the Rs 160 he ordered. If this person ate this shawarma, he would have died in his throat, and this is how you treat your customers. He said that no action has been taken after this and the restaurant is still operating.
