Superstar Rajinikanth opened up about Annathae and director Siva for the first time. 


Superstar Rajinikanth is the biggest name in indian cinema. With fans all over the world, he's literally a demigod in our country. Rajinikanth's latest release 'Annathae' which released for Diwlai is currently running in several theaters in India. Though the movie got negative reviews for outdated story and over the top acting, it has captured the family audience who are reportedly loving the movie. 

Being so, Rajinikanth opened up about the movie in a new app called 'Hoote' owned by soundarya Rajinikanth. He spoke about the movie, how it came to be, director siva and him watching Viswasam etc., He said “Petta and Vishwasam were released during the same time. Both films went on to become super hits at the box office. I contacted Vishwasam's producer and asked him to arrange a screening for me. During the first half, I wondered what is so special in this movie that it became a huge hit. But towards the climax, the film's 'color' was changed I was in awe. I ended up clapping after finishing the film. I later congratulated producer Thyagarajan and told him that I am interested in talking to Siva, ”


There are rumors that Rajinikanth is collaborating with Siva again. No official update has been given yet.
