People in hyderabad should prepare for heat wave-like conditions after having unseasonal rains and cool weather for nearly a fortnight during the summer. The maximum temperature is expected to increase to 40 degrees Celsius, according to a monday warning from the india Meteorological Department-Hyderabad (IMD-H).

It is anticipated that the recent period of chilly weather caused by unseasonal precipitation would end during the following few days. As is typical for May, the temperatures are forecast to climb once more and hover around 40 degrees Celsius. The telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS) has predicted very light rain in sparsely populated urban regions through Wednesday.

The TSDPS forecast is unlikely to significantly alter the general heat wave-like conditions, though. Other telangana districts that are anticipated to have temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius are Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mancherial, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Suryapet, Adilabad, Kamareddy, Nirmal, and Mulugu.

According to a recent study by a university of hyderabad (UoH) student, cold waves have become less frequent in the winter while heat waves have become more frequent in the summer in india over the past ten years. This means that the models the india Meteorological Department (IMD) uses to predict heat waves and cold waves need to be more accurate.
