Addressing the public at the Vikas Bharat Sankalp yatra program in Banswara, the rajasthan chief minister said, "In the name of the poor, many of their governments sought votes from you (the public). They raised slogans of 'Garibi Hatao', but their schemes "It never reached the poor people. They kept saying that they would end poverty every year, but after 2014, it was PM narendra modi who actually did it. He took each of our schemes to the end."

'Earlier the cuts were fixed at several levels in the plan'

That cut culture was stopped by prime minister Modi." cm said that to achieve saturation of major schemes of the government, Vikas Bharat Sankalp yatra is being launched across the country to ensure that the benefits of these schemes reach all the targeted beneficiaries in a time bound manner.

cm Bhajan Lal said that this campaign is being run by adopting a whole-of-government approach with the active participation of various ministries and departments of the government of india and State Governments.
