The tweet made reference to kannada star chetan being detained after sending a "offensive" tweet. Rama Rao, also known as ktr, posted the tweet a few hours after police detained YouTuber Teenmaar Mallanna (Chintapandu naveen Kumar) for allegedly making insulting remarks about the chief minister and his family.

Late on tuesday night, Mallanna was picked up from his channel Q news office in Peerzadiguda, which is on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Supporters of BRS had reported him to the police for allegedly making disparaging remarks on his YouTube channel about the chief minister, his son ktr and daughter, and MLC K. Kavitha.
