Due to a case that has been filed against him and a political power struggle between Pradhan and Bhushan, Abhishek's career is in jeopardy.  Bhushan's team executes preemptive strikes and attempts to dissuade Pradhan's supporters as he recovers from a murder attempt and begins his election campaign.  A pre-election power outage, campaign altercations, and family visits all add to the election's intensity.

Abhishek's transformation from a timid city boy to an obstinate policeman who is well-versed in his hometown is depicted by Jitendra Kumar in a way that is both amusing and realistic.  He knows the game too well by now to make any foolish moves.  As the village's power couple, veterans Raghubir Yadav and neena gupta give outstanding performances while remaining loyal to their sly personas.

As shrewd, devoted insiders, Faisal Malik and Chandan Arora continue to offer the leads strong backing.  However, Sanvikaa has limited room to develop in her position as Rinki.  Durgesh Kumar and Sunita Rajwar, who portray characters that take advantage of every chance the election season presents, are the real stars of the season.  Ashok Pathak and Pankaj Jha each fulfill their obligations.

Composer Anurag Saikia follows the script exactly, perfectly encapsulating the rustic backdrop's mix of chaos and relaxation.  Although amitabh Singh's cinematography, which employs subdued hues and an earthy visual texture, is excellent, it also seems to be a photocopy of every season combined.  Although there are some sparks in the talks, the scenarios lack originality in terms of composition. In the later episodes, the runtime becomes a little exhausting.

In hindsight, Panchayat's decline may have been unavoidable.  The drop was already alluded to in Season 3.  Now that every conceivable aspect of the village atmosphere has been thoroughly examined, the writing is having difficulty establishing a fresh direction. Even the greatest television programs, such as Gullak in its most recent season, have faced this type of difficulty.

As you prepare for panchayat Season 4, control your expectations.  It lacks originality except from the amusing performances, impromptu conversations, and the well-known but delightful situational humor.  It's like a hamlet you've lost interest in; you know it too well to be enchanted by it, yet there's still a hint of nostalgia in the back of your mind.
