The first trailer for Prabhas' Salaar, which broke several YouTube records, was published the other day. While the trailer caught everyone's attention with its fantastic graphics, Prabhas' screen presence, and catchy background soundtrack, another element has emerged that is now disturbing the film's fans.

Many people assumed that when music composer ravi Basrur intimated that "Salaar" would be more like Prashanth Neel's debut film "Ugram," he was referring to a raunchy storyline. However, it can clearly be seen that he has alluded to the storyline similarities between these two films. In Ugram, the hero is a mechanic with a violent flashback who will go to any length to assist a friend who heads a crime organisation.

According to the Salaar teaser, even prabhas looks to be a technician who will go to any length to help his friend prithviraj reach the top of the criminal world. Except for Salaar's visual grandeur, the plot appears to be quite close, which has prabhas supporters worried about social media bullying.

On the other side, prashanth neel would have undoubtedly told the same story since he, too, knows that the success of kgf and KGF2 will force every moviegoer in india to see his debut picture Ugram. Why would he recreate or adapt his own debut picture into a big-budget feature, jeopardising his box-office chances? However, fans are asking that the makers release a second teaser that reveals the new side of prabhas in Salaar.
