One of South India's top real estate developers, Casagrand, announced its entry into the hyderabad residential market in order to capitalise on the rising demand for luxury residential buildings. The business began construction on Casagrand Hanford, an opulent British-style villa community in ORR close to South hyderabad, with a projected revenue of Rs 320 crore.
By the end of 2024, the firm hopes to increase its presence in the city by building 5 million square feet of exclusive residential communities with a revenue of Rs 3,000 crores. According to a press release, Casagrand Hanford, which is located on 10.1 acres, is a one-of-a-kind real estate development with 140 British-styled homes priced at Rs 2.5 crore and spread across sprawling 4 BHK villas with exclusive home theatres.

"Driven by factors such as a growing economy, the presence of significant IT companies, and growing population, we are confident that our signature property Casagrand Hanford will be able to tap into this market," stated Arun Mn, Founder & Managing director of Casagrand. The business began construction on Casagrand Hanford, an opulent British-style villa community in ORR close to South hyderabad, with a projected revenue of Rs 320 crores.
