The Bharat Bhavan Centre for Excellence and Human Resource Development, which is being built with cutting-edge technology, had its foundation stone placed on monday by chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. In Hyderabad's Kokapet neighbourhood, he presided over the groundbreaking ceremony signalling the start of construction on a 15-story building covering around 11 acres. The chief minister took part in a Chandihomam and gave a Purnahuti ceremony. He also planted a seedling to commemorate the event.

Ministers P Sabitha indra Reddy, Vemula Prashanth Reddy, Mohd Mahmood Ali, Ch Malla Reddy, lok sabha floor leader Nama Nageswara Rao, MPs KR suresh Reddy, D Damodar Rao, J Santosh Kumar, G Ranjith Reddy, v Ravichandra, Pasunuri Dayakar, MLCs, MLAs, and other party leaders attended the ceremony as well.

Unlike any other political party, the BRS, which has already built the party's national headquarters in delhi and State offices in a number of other States, has started building on a cutting-edge research and training facility in Hyderabad. The "Bharat Bhavan Centre for Excellence and Human Resource Development" will be established as a facility where political awareness programmes, training sessions, and in-depth information are held. A 15-floor structure has been initially proposed for development.

The Centre will serve as a thorough training facility for party employees, giving them access to data from around the nation.
