Akhilesh Mishra, CEO of Blue Craft wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital Foundation and a bjp supporter, has leveled a huge allegation against kapil sibal, the lawyer of lead petitioner Mohammad Akbar Lone, who filed a petition in the supreme court against the abrogation of article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Akhilesh Mishra on his X (Twitter) account has accused the main petitioner in the case, Mohammad Akbar Lone, of being pro-Pakistan and hating India. And that kapil sibal is fighting the case of someone who opposes the country. He also said that kapil sibal, a two-time minister in the United Progressive Alliance government, is important to the india alliance. Akhilesh Mishra said that Mohammed Akbar Lone, the main petitioner in the article 370 case, is openly pro-Pakistan and hates India. At this stage, kapil sibal, on behalf of Lone, is advocating that the full implementation of the indian Constitution should be stopped in Kashmir, he said.


While Lone openly says that he is closer to pakistan than India. Kapil Sibil also says that he loves pakistan more than India. Akhilesh also said that Sibal was seen as indirectly protecting the slogans of "Pakistan Zindabad" through the loan. Lone was a National Conference mla from 2002-2018 and a lok sabha mp from 2019. Lone has insisted on almost every occasion that he loves pakistan more than india, says Akhilesh.


He alleged that Lone never considered himself an Indian. Mishra accused Lone of seeking the help of terrorists in the lok sabha elections. He said kapil sibal is now acting as the lawyer of the person who raised slogans in support of Pakistan. Lone's lawyer, kapil sibal, is a favorite of the congress and sonia gandhi, he said. He has been a minister twice in the United Progressive Alliance government. Said he was formerly in congress and now in I.N.D.I.A.
