Gurugram police investigated schools on bomb alert...
There was panic in the schools of Gurugram also due to the issue of bomb threats through e-mails in private schools of delhi and Noida. Gurugram police and other investigating agencies became active on receiving information about such e-mails in some schools of Gurugram also. Investigations were conducted in these schools with full force. Everyone heaved a sigh of relief when the rumor that there was a bomb came out during the police investigation.
On wednesday (May 1), miscreants tried their best to spread anarchy by giving information through e-mail about the presence of bombs in schools in delhi and Noida. After which the police and security agencies started investigation in the concerned schools as a precautionary measure. During this time, children and staff were thrown out, so that any untoward incident could be prevented. According to Akhilesh Trivedi from DPS school located in DLF, a complete investigation was conducted in the school. Nothing was found anywhere.
Appeal to stay away from misleading and false information
The investigation teams kept checking every nook and corner in the schools of Gurugram for hours. In the end nothing was achieved. After this the police and agencies heaved a sigh of relief. police instructed everyone to remain fearless and alert. Gurugram police appealed to the people not to worry about security. At present, delhi and Gurugram police are trying to get to the bottom of the e-mail received. Gurugram police has appealed to stay away from misleading information. In such a situation, if someone spreads false and misleading information on social media on the basis of information about bombs in schools of delhi, noida and Gurugram or tries to disturb peace through any other means, then Gurugram police will take strict action against those doing so.
