Ishaan Kishan teased Rohit at the correct time..!?

Indian wicketkeeper ishan kishan played in the middle order in the first ODI against New Zealand. Ishan did not get a chance in the team after he scored his maiden double-century in the ODI against bangladesh last month. ishan kishan scored the fastest ODI double century but KL rahul kept wicket as skipper rohit sharma and Shubman Gill were selected as openers for the sri lanka ODI series. On the day Kishan returned to ODIs, india got another double century in Hyderabad. After india won the first ODI by 12 runs, the trio of captain Rohit, Shubman Gill, and ishan kishan went for a short interview.
Rohit jokingly asked ishaan why he didn't play after scoring a double-century in the last match. To which ishan kishan replied Rohit bhai, he is the captain.
Kishan asks Gill how he prepares for the big tournament, to which Rohit replies saying that they are always together. By 12 runs, india won the first ODI against NZ. Mohammad Siraj's excellent bowling helped the indian team completely. Michael Bracewell's century took the match in New Zealand's favor but india eventually won.To be honest, Bracewell's batting was excellent. No matter how well he bowled, he brought runs. They knew they will be OK, and luckily they were. He said in the toss, he wants to see them challenge themselves, not the situation he expected, but it's good, Rohit said during the post-match press conference.
