Enid works as a member of a censorship committee in london who watches the films and certifies them if they can be given the green signal to be released.  Enid has a pretty complicated life as she is trying to cope up with the missing of her sister and people and reporters are all over her after the murder which linked to one of the films she reviewed a few months back.
 

" You'd be surprised what the human brain can edit out when it can't handle the truth " this being the main theme of the movie and credits to the creator on building something that's as unique and refreshing as this around such a crazy idea. 


Movies like Censor and Saint Maud are breath of fresh air in the genre that's growing more and more old and predictable. people think the creators are creating the horror, but it's not that case.  Horror is already out there in all of us and capturing them and bringing it with a unique idea makes films of this caliber a truly magnificent MASTERPIECE. These kinda movies like Censor should be applauded and appreciated at all times.
