mumbai police has busted an online sex racket running in the city. Kalachowki police of mumbai has arrested a 25-year-old woman named Lisia Pratibha Gomes alias Jenny. She is the main agent running this racket. mumbai police rescued 4 women during the operation and after medical examination, the rescued girls were sent to the Women's Rehabilitation Center. Female agent Lisia Pratibha Gomes alias Jenny used to send these women to various hotels in mumbai including areas like Dadar, Kalachowki and Nagpada as per the demand of her customers.

Many gangs are actively running online sex rackets in the city. As part of the ongoing action against such illegal businesses, Kalachowki police got special information about Jenny living in Mira Bhayander area. The police contacted the female agent Jenny over the phone by posing as a fake customer and demanded 4 to 5 girls. Jenny allegedly shared pictures of the girls through whatsapp and quoted a price of Rs 30,000 per girl. After the deal was finalised over the phone, she was asked to bring the girls to a hotel in Lalbagh area around 3:30 pm on Wednesday. Jenny reached the hotel with four women. When the accused woman Jenny was negotiating the deal with the fake customer, the Kalachowki police team raided the hotel and arrested her on the spot.
Used to give Rs 20,000 to girls
The police rescued four women from the spot and during interrogation, they revealed that the female accused agent Jenny had contacted them during various social events and lured them into prostitution by offering work opportunities. Further investigation revealed that out of Rs 30,000 taken from each customer, Jenny would give Rs 20,000 to the girls and keep Rs 10,000 for herself. Following this, the police officially registered a case and took Jenny into custody. The rescued girls were later sent for medical examination and later sent to a women's shelter home. During the raid, the police also seized cash, five mobile SIM cards and other objectionable material. The investigation also revealed that Jenny was in contact with many people.
