Shiv Sena has condemned kangana ranaut for her latest talk and has asked her stripped form her Padma Shree awards.
Kangana Ranaut is one of the prominent bollywood actress in the industry. She has acted in some remarkable films over the years and has grown a repute for herself. However, as much she is talented she is as much as controversial as well. Lately, she has gotten herself in another controversy when she spoke at times summit recently.
She said that India’s original freedom was got in 2014 when Modi came to power and not before in 1947. This is outright belittling of thousands of freedom fighters who sacrificed their life for the nation. Many claimed it to be irresponsible, baseless and unhistorical This talk of kangana has
annoyed many parties in India. One of them is shiv sena party.
The shiv sena party has demanded that kangana ranaut is punished for making such statement. In the statement they released, they said “The Modi government should strip kangana of all her national awards. Fake nationalism. Nobody had insulted India’s freedom fighters in such a manner before Kangana.“. Also, the party has raised question if she deserves padma shree awards.
