On a vast 29-acre campus, a freshly built three-story building that cost Rs 29.90 crore and will house the Superintendent of police (SP) office is being prepared for its official opening. On May 30, the office will be officially opened by Singireddy Niranjan Reddy, the agriculture minister. Senior police officers now have access to residential facilities on campus.
60 rooms on the office's three floors serve the needs of the many departments. Aside from designated rooms for OSDs, CCs, and public relations officers, these rooms also have separate areas for the Superintendent of police and the Additional SP. Along with designated rooms for superintendents in charge of particular divisions of the administrative department, unique record rooms, a mini-conference hall, the legal services department, and other necessary departments, the facility also contains a separate hall for complaints.
