Union minister arjun forgot to correct the mistake..?

Jharkhand high court has imposed a fine of Rs 1.25 lakh on Union minister arjun munda for not correcting the error in the petition. arjun munda had filed a petition challenging the FIR registered against him. According to the report of The New indian Express, apart from arjun munda, FIR was lodged against former cm Babulal Marandi and Raghuvar Das, Chatra mp Sunil Kumar Singh, mla Amit Mandal, sameer Oraon and mp Nishikant Dubey. After this arjun munda had approached the High Court. Advocate prashant Pallav reached the court on behalf of Munda.

The next hearing in the case now on May 8

During the hearing in the court, Justice Rajesh Kumar said that the mistake pointed out by the office had not been rectified in the petition. Therefore, in such a situation, arjun munda will have to pay a fine of Rs 1.25 lakh in the name of Advocates Clerks Association of jharkhand High Court. Orders have also been given not to take any action against arjun Munda. The next hearing in the case will be on May 8.

Effort to remove name from FIR before nomination

In 2023, Dhurva police had registered an FIR. In the petition that was filed in the court, spelling mistakes were found in the name of the police station. It was asked to improve it. This petition was filed before the holi holiday. Let us tell you that bjp has given tickets to arjun munda from Khunti and Nishikant Dubey from Godda. The names of both are mentioned in the FIR. Munda is going to file a nomination on 23 April.
