prime minister Narendra Modi was awarded Cyprus' highest civilian award 'Grand Cross of the Order of Makarios III' on monday (16 June). Along with this, PM Modi has been awarded in 23 countries since becoming the Prime Minister. Regarding this, maharashtra Chief minister devendra fadnavis has praised PM Modi by sharing the complete list of awards received by him.

CM devendra fadnavis wrote on his X handle, "No prime minister of india has ever had such a deep impact on the global stage. This is not just about one leader, it reflects the rise of India's economic strength, strategic clarity and diplomatic firmness on the world stage. All this would not have been possible without the unwavering trust placed in the leadership of prime minister Narendra Modi by 140 crore Indians." After receiving the highest civilian honor in cyprus, prime minister Narendra Modi said, "I am very happy to receive the Grand Cross of the Order of Makarios III of Cyprus. I dedicate it to the friendship between our countries." PM Modi dedicated this honor to 140 crore indians and said that it is an honor for the trusted friendship between india and Cyprus.
