Now apple phone users can book tickets using the redRail app. A new iOS app launched by redBus now enables iphone users to purchase train tickets anytime, anywhere. The app is designed to be used in non-metro areas or places with low internet bandwidth without any hassle. For the convenience of train passengers, IRCTC-approved redBus launched an Android version in early 2022.

RedRail iOS App Features:

Using the redRail app, you can get an all-in-one solution - from train booking to training status. This App - Live train Location Report, PNR Status, train Ticket Booking, Check train Ticket Price, Instant Refund, customer service and Ticket Confirmation Status, etc.

Train Live Report:
By using the 'Live train Running Status' option, you can get the latest information like the train's last departure station, and estimated arrival time at the next station, thereby saving time for users.
Train PNR status:
Rail passengers can check their PNR status through the redRail app. This is useful for RAC or waitlisted ticket holders.

Train Ticket Booking:

A passenger can easily book train tickets using the redRail app. The app is very easy to use. One can book a train ticket within five minutes.

Train ticket price:

Using this app, you can get the latest fare on various trains like Duranto, Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Garib Rath, Sambarg Kranti, Humsafar, Vande Bharat, Jan Shatabdi, AC Express, and Intercity Express.

Railway Fare Refund:

If anyone cancels their ticket, the amount will be refunded in the original mode of payment. For UPI transactions, refunds are instant. For card and net banking transactions, wait up to 5 working days.

Users can call the dedicated customer care center anytime. The service provides customer support in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and tamil languages from 08.00 AM to 08.00 PM.
