Air conditioner has become a necessity for people nowadays for cool and comfortable air in the house. In such a situation, people get AC installed in their homes in summer. But it has been seen many times that people are quite confused about inverter AC and non-inverter AC. Let us know what is the difference between inverter and non-inverter AC.

Difference in compressor

For information, let us tell you that inverter AC has a compressor whose speed can be increased or decreased according to the temperature of the room. At the same time, the compressor in non-inverter AC runs at a fixed speed which is either completely on or off. This is the reason why inverter AC consumes less electricity while non-inverter AC consumes more electricity in the process of repeatedly turning on and off and also makes more noise.

Low power consumption

ACs with inverter technology not only consume less power but also keep the temperature stable. This technology depends on the temperature outside or how many people are present in the room. According to this, the entire system of AC works, which makes this AC better than normal AC.

Use of PWM

A special technology 'Pulse Width Modulation' i.e. PWM is used in inverter AC, due to which the compressor keeps running at a constant speed. This makes cooling faster and there is less pressure on the machine. Also, this technology also increases the life of the AC. Apart from this, the maintenance of inverter AC is also less than non-inverter AC.

Use of refrigerant

While on one hand non-inverter ACs use old type refrigerant, on the other hand, eco-friendly refrigerant like R32 is used in inverter AC which also gives better cooling and also has less impact on the environment. Another big feature of inverter AC is that it is able to remove moisture from the air in a better way. It proves to be very useful especially in those areas where there is high humidity. Along with this, it also maintains the speed of its compressor according to the sudden changes in temperature, so that your room remains cool throughout the day.
