That's why even now, nutritionists tell women to cook and eat in iron pots. It is said that if iron-rich foods are cooked and eaten in an iron vessel, it becomes more nutritious and prevent mental and physical illnesses. If you have an anemia problem, you will have more desire to eat sweets. The possibility of gaining weight is also high if you eat sweets like that. Eating dishes cooked in an iron vessel reduces the desire to eat sweets.

While cooking in iron pans, cook on low flame. Cooking on high flame may destroy the nutrients. After the dishes are done, wash them clean and dry them. They are prone to rusting if wet. To avoid rusting, it is better to apply some oil after the wetness has dried.
