Is Adipurush following the footsteps of "Shaakunthalam"?
The South star Samantha's film "Shaakuntalam" premiered on april 14, 2023. The intention was for the producers to host industry previews three days before the film's release. But because there was so much bad press from the first day, producer Dil Raju decided to skip the next two days' screenings and just release the movie on Friday.
We previously knew that the film was the biggest box office failure ever. Another film was slated to receive pre-released previews at this point. It is none other than AdiPurush, the debut film by Young rebel star Prabhas. The film, which was directed by Om Raut, will be released on june 16th, according to the producers. The creators recently intended to schedule movie screenings three days before its release.
We were already aware that the movie's teaser drew a lot of negative attention, forcing the production team to delay the release. The caravan is currently receiving positive feedback. Therefore, the producers have chosen to release the movie on june 16th rather than delaying it because doing so will undoubtedly affect the opening weekend box office results.
Samantha and vijay deverakonda are now promoting their new movie Kushi, which was written and directed by shiva Nirvana. The movie kushi will premiere on september 1st.
